Zachary M. T. Wazara
Zach Wazara holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He joined an international advertising agency as a Media Planner in 1987 and was subsequently promoted to Director. In 1995, Mr Wazara joined Blue Ribbons Foods Zimbabwe as the General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing, a position he held until he joined TSM in 1997.
He played a major role on behalf of TSM in the compilation and subsequent award of the tender to provide mobile Telecommunications in Botswana and, in January 1998, he moved to Botswana where he played a pivotal role in the implementation of the network and was subsequently appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Mascom. Mr Wazara moved to Zimbabwe in1999 where he participated in the continuing development of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe EWZ, until his appointment in 2000 as Chief Operating Officer of EWH. He was thereafter appointed Chief Executive Officer of EWN, a position he held until his appointment to EWI in 2003. He held this position until 2009 when he left EWI to found Spiritage Group.

MEMBERSHIP OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
Our founder is an active member of professional associations such as the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions, South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession as well as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. She was previously involved as Vice Chairperson on the National Executive of the Women’s Property Network.
Since graduating from the University of Cape Town with a BScQS (Hons), Pindai has had over 19 years experience in the regional construction industry. This experience covers management positions in quantity surveying, project management and facilities management. She has also added to her portfolio of qualifications a certificate in Facilities Management through the University of the Free State, a postgraduate certificate in Business Administration with the University of Liverpool and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Facilities Management with her Alma Mater, the University of Cape Town.
In a bid to give back to her professional community, Pindai was a member of the National Executive of the Women’s Property Network in South Africa on which she held the Advocacy portfolio and finally the Vice Chair position. She is a registered RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) assessor chairperson for the Project Management and Quantity Surveying professions for Africa and the Middle East. She is also Chairperson of the RICS Market Advisory Panel (South Africa) and a member of the Inaugural South African RICS Dispute Resolution Panel.
Pindai has led a wide range of projects including social housing, educational institutions, health facilities, institutional office developments, upmarket residential developments, hospitality facilities, shopping centres and malls. As a quantity surveyor, she holds well honed expertise in the preparation of project feasibilities, tender documentation, and contract administration. Pindai is a determined and conscientious individual who has added drive and vision to the organization.
